By accessing and using the Higgins Storm Chasing website, you assume all risks associated with its use. We are unable to verify or guarantee the authenticity of all information on the site, so using or redistributing it is at your own risk.

Higgins Storm Chasing excludes all liability for any losses arising from the use of this website or its content. Weather information provided on this site comes from non-qualified meteorologists and is offered on an "AS IS" basis.

For official weather forecasts and warnings, please refer to the Bureau of Meteorology.

Subscription Terms

Billing

Payment is processed annually on the date of signup. All subscriptions auto-renew on a yearly basis unless auto-renewal is disabled.

Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions auto-renew automatically. You will receive an order confirmation email at the time of purchase, however renewal reminder emails are not sent prior to renewal.

Cancellation

You may disable auto-renewal at any time via your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the prepaid 12-month term. If you subscribed via PayPal, you must also cancel the associated payment agreement through PayPal.

Rate Lock

Once you purchase a subscription, the yearly rate will remain at a fixed price and never change for the duration of your membership.

Content Protection

Subscription content cannot be shared or republished without written permission. The Higgins Storm Chasing brand is copyright and trademark protected.

Subscription Refund Policy

All subscriptions are non-refundable. No partial refunds are provided for unused months. If products or services become unavailable, no refund applies. Higgins Storm Chasing reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion.

Merchandise Return Policy

Change of Mind (28 days)

Returns are accepted within 28 days of purchase if items are unworn, unopened, and in their original packaging. An exchange voucher or refund will be provided.

Defective Items

Returns are accepted for faulty or unfit products with proof of purchase. Goods may be replaced with refurbished items where available.

How to Return

Mail returns along with your email receipt. Customers are responsible for return postage costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
