Weather Situation
At 9am AEST a surface trough remains anchored through Northern inland NSW and Southern inland QLD this morning. Broad instability and high moisture levels have lead to storms and rain areas across the region since early this morning. This activity is ongoing and moving towards the coast.
So me locally heavy falls are possible under embedded storms.
Round 2 is expected to develop inland this afternoon and again move towards the east. Storms this afternoon and likely to contain heavy rain. large hail and damaging winds. It is also possible that a few supercells develop that become very dangerous cells.
