5:20pm SEQLD Storm Update: Scattered storms are ongoing over the Wide Bay & Burnett, and through the Southern Scenic Rim / Gold Coast Hinterland.
Storms across the Wide Bay & Burnett are moving North East and may contain strong to locally damaging winds, hail (possibly large in localised areas) and heavy rainfall. These storms may impact Gympie, Tin Can Bay, Kilcoy, Conondale, Witta, Maleny, Wolvi, areas North of Gympie.
Across the Southern Scenic Rim and Gold Coast Hinterland, these storms are moving towards the East and may reach Coastal areas over the Southern Gold Coast. Strong winds, heavy rain and hail (most likely small) is expected.
