5:30am SEQLD Heavy Rain Warning: A large cluster of ongoing moderate to heavy rain areas is continuing to move East to North Eastwards through the South East Coast. These rain areas have caused widespread significant flash flooding across the Southern Downs and Scenic Rim, and are likely going to produce additional flash flooding through Greater Ipswich, Logan, Gold Coast, Greater Brisbane areas. While accumulative totals may not be excessive, rainfall rates of 20-30mm in 10-15mins are possible under the heavier activity.
